Personal information

Generally
Personal data is all kinds of information that can be attributed to you to some extent. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information. This happens, for example, when accessing content in general, if you sign up for our newsletter or book a course via the website.

To the extent that you give explicit consent and enter the information yourself, the following information will also be processed: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address, profession and payment information. This will be in connection with booking a course.

Security
We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or made available to unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

Purpose
The information is used to record your purchases and payments, as well as to provide the services you have requested, such as sending a newsletter.
Period of storage
The information is stored for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general timeframe for when information is deleted.

Disclosure of information
When you book and participate in a course organized by Barral Institute Denmark, your information will be sent to Barral Institute US. Written consent is obtained for all courses and if you do not want us to share all your information with Barral Institute US, you have the opportunity to choose the extent to which we may share your information.

We also use a number of third parties to store and process data. These parties only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

Disclosure of personal information such as name and email, etc. will only occur if you consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

Insights and complaints
You have the right to be informed about what personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of information at any time. You can also revoke your consent to the processing of information about you. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
