Cancellation of courses
We reserve the right to cancel courses in the event of insufficient registrations, illness or events beyond our control. In the event of cancellation, it will be possible to get a refund. We will contact those registered by phone or e-mail in the event of changes. We cannot guarantee that cancelled courses will be created at a later date. The course fee will only be refunded by Kåre Nielsen in the event of cancellation or relocation of the course.

Right of withdrawal
According to an exception in the Consumer Contracts Act, there is no right of withdrawal for “recreational leisure activities if it is stated in the agreement on which day or within which specific period the service in question must be performed (e.g. ordering cinema tickets and courses)”.
This means that as a rule, the purchase of a course is binding, and that neither the deposit paid nor the course fee can be refunded if you become ill or cannot participate.
See if possible. www.forbrug.dk

At Kåre Nielsen, however, we have chosen to relax the right of withdrawal as follows:

If you cancel your participation in a course earlier than 2 months before the start of the course, it is possible to get a refund of your course fee minus your deposit.
Neither your deposit nor your course fee can be refunded if you cancel later than 2 months before the start of the course.

Especially for courses with Jean-Pierre Barral or Alain Croibier as teacher:
If you cancel your participation in a course earlier than 3 months before the start of the course, it is possible to get a refund of your course fee minus your deposit
Neither your deposit nor your course fee can be refunded if you cancel later than 3 months before the start of the course.
