9AM - 5PM (3PM on the last day)

Description:

Daryl Herbert will review elements of biomechanics of the joints of the lower extremity. 

We will explore some possible relationships from between the joint in the lower extremity and associated structures.

This will be joint manipulative technical approach based in the minimal lever principle. You will be shown how to minimize the primary lever by combining a multitude of secondary levers. There will be supervision in how techniques can be adjusted to different morphology and how they will work for you.

The course is in English.

This is not a Barral Institute course. You can not expect to receive credit within the Barral Institute.

Prerequisite:

Primarily for osteopaths, osteopathic students, chiropractors and physiotherapists.
It is an advantage with experience of manuel treatment of joints and the osteopathic approach.
